2005 COMMUNICATION AND INTERACTIVITY
Aim The aim of the programme is to provide the student with a sound, broad technical basis so the student is able to meet the the new challenges computer specialists face in the age of Internet.
Composition of the Programme The programme consists of three semesters (one and a half year) of studies for a Master of Science (translation of the Swedish magisterexamen). The first 2 semesters are occupied by courses, of which approximately half are compulsory. During the third and last semester the students will undertake a research project concluding with the open presentation of a Master's thesis.
The Content of the Programme The programme contains a package of courses providing the student with a background in data security and cryptology, human-computer interaction, computer networks, Web programming, databases and telecommunications theory.
