Aim:
The objective of the course is to give the student knowledge of how measurement technology is involved in the environmental protection/care work. Environmental monitoring programmes are central in the course. An overview of the use and possibilities of environmental measurement technology and an insight into research in the area will be given.

Prerequisites:
Environmental Science and Environmental Technology preferred but not compulsory.

The course includes lectures, laboratory work and a project work.
