Aim:
To give the student familiarity with the basic vector analysis used in technical subjects such as mechanics, fluid mechanics and electricity.

Prerequisites:
TATM 95 Mathematics B.Sc. course, Linköping, or TNIU 54 Mathematics B.Sc. course, Norrköping.

Course organization:
Teaching is done in lectures and problem classes.

Course content:
Scalar and vector fields. Gradient, divergence,rotation (curl). Nabla calculus. Line and surface integrals. Conservative fields. Flows. Green's formula as well as Gauß' and Stokes' theorems.
