Aim:
The course intends to give basic knowledge in hydraulics.

Course organization:
The teaching consists of lectures ,laboratory work and field investigations.

Course content:
We start with static calculations of the pressures against gates and continue with investigations of floating stabilities of bodies,application of the energy equation for calculation of water flow in pipes with pumps and turbines,calculation of waterflow in open chanels and ends with a description of metods for measuring water flow.
