| Aim: The course gives knowledge about mechanical workshop industries' production and equipment as a system integrated with computerized process planning systems. The course focuses on computerized process planning and manufacturing technology. Prerequisites: TMPT 32 Production Engineering, TMPT 63 Computerized Manufacturing Course organization: The course consists of lectures, seminars, educational study visit and laboratory work. Course content: - Automation of system components - CAD - Cutting Theory - Computerized process planning - Computerized system for choice of cutting parameters.
