Aim:
The course comprise various aspects of imaging and visualisation of biomedical structure and functions. This rapidly expanding field comprises X-ray technology, MR and ultrasonic imaging as well as more specialised techniques for dynamic studies of specific body functions. The course comprise problem-based project work with in-depth analysis of various imaging and visualisation techniques.

TSIT 64 Signal Theory Y TBME 50 Biomedical Engineering TBME 02 Anatomy and Physiology

Supplementary courses:

Course content:
Radio biology, radio physics, nuclear medicine. Image generation technology, X-ray, CT, MR, PET, ultrasound. Laboratory experiment: X-ray systems, PACS.
