Aim:
Upon completion of the course the student will have acquired -insight into how industrial production should be designed according to the needs and prerequisites of the individual. -understanding of the link between industrial work and technological ,organizational, and psychosocial factors. -understanding of how the professional role of the project manager influences the design of industrial work. -knowledge of how the work environment field is regulated by laws and agreements. -knowledge and understanding of the roles of the parties on the labor market -knowledge of environmental certification work and principles.

Course organization:
Instruction will be carried out in the form of lectures, classes and a minor project.

Course content:
Work organization. Work psychology. Stress ergonomics. Design of the workplace. Economic consequences of poor work environment. Labor market laws, agreements, and parties. ISO-14000.
