Aim:
- The student should get an insight in the design of industrial production according to the needs and abilities of humans - understand relationships between industrial work, technology, organization and psycho social aspects - be able to use their knowledge in the design of demand specifications and when employing consultants and experts - knowledge about the labour market and laws and regulations in the field of work environment.

Prerequisites:
No particular courses are demanded.

Course organization:
The course consists of lectures , laboratory exercises and a workplace investigation at an industrial company in the region.
