Aim: After completing the course, participants will have the ability to participate in the industrial change process, with customer focus and continuous improvement as central themes, both in the product process and in supporting processes. Important principles: The course is intended to give the participants support in their development and an aggressive attitude towards quality management. The course is characterized by a process-oriented approach, both in those segments that address leadership and in the parts more concerned with methodology. The emphasis is on areas that are difficult to assimilate as an employee and at the same time the course is intended as preparation for doctoral studies. Prerequisites: TMQU 16 (17) Quality Management, basic course TAMS 10 (15) Mathematical statistics M and ICourse organization: The theoretical parts of the course are conducted in the form of lectures and tutorials. In order to link the to actual practice a major seminar project is carried out, together with less extensive group projects, external lectures, study visits and laboratory work.
