Aim: The aim of this course is to give a thorough understanding of basic concepts and definitions necessary for both making use of simple sizing rules useful in basic engineering work and for further studies on the subject.Prerequisites: TATM 61, TATM 31, TMME 02Course organization: The course is given during period 3 and the theoretical part gives 3 p and the laboratory work gives 1 p.Course content: The course gives an introduction to solid mechanics.
