Aim: The aim of the course is to give basic knowledge in the field of optoelectronics, including production and modulation of light (laser and light emitting diode (LED)) and optical fibres physical characteristics.Prerequisites: Participation in NFYC56 Solid State Physics and NFYC57 Physical ProjectsCourse organization: Theory is given in form of lectures which are completed with calculating exercises.
