| Aim: To use and understand the control techniques (including sequence control) that exists in computer controlled systems.Prerequisites: Automatic control Y, M or I.Supplementary courses: TSRT70 Control Project LaboratoryCourse content: Sequence control: Functional diagram, relay systems, logical modules, PLC-languages. PID-control: Tuning, digital implementation, wind-up, auto-tuning. Computer based control systems: Approximation of continuous time controllers, digital control theory, sampling, polynomial based pole-placement control. Adaptive control. On-off control och ``fuzzy control''. Control system structures: feed-forward, parallel coupling, and nonlinear coupling of standard controllers. Course literature: Compendia in Digital Control. | ||
