Aim:
To give the students basic knowledge about the principles and methods in Animation and Virtual Reality.

Prerequisites:
TNMK08 Computer Graphics MK

Course organization:
Lectures, lab exercises and project work

Course content:
Application areas for animation. Modelling techniques. Animation: keyframing, physical models, motion capture.Virtual Reality: model description, complexity versus realism, interaction with the environment and other users, user interface, sense of presence and feedback - visual, aural and tactile.
