Aim: The course is aimed to give knowledge of basic analog electronic devices as well as design and analysis of amplifiers.Prerequisites: Calculus in one variable (TNG001) Circuit theory (TNE011)Supplementary courses: Analog Integrated Circuits (TNE008)Course organization: Lectures, lessons, and laboratory assignments.Course content: Models for electronic devices such as diodes and transistors of bipolar, FET, and MOS type as well as operational amplifiers. Fundamental amplifiers: Simple and more advanced amplifiers. Current mirrors. Buffers. Differential stages. Operational amplifiers. Frequency and transient analysis: Bode diagrams. Basic concepts of feed back. Stability. Compensation. Measuring: Oscilloscope. Measuring techniques.
