| Aim: Basically knowledge about different kind of transistors. Understand how a power supply is constructed. How to use power amplifier. The course is finished with a design of a electronic subsystem.Prerequisites: TNDE72 Introduction to electronic circuitSupplementary courses: TNDE65 Power electronicCourse organization: Education in form of lectures/exercises and laboratory work. The course is finished with a construction project.Course content: Different kind of transistors (BJT, FET, MOS) Amplifiers with transistors Power amplifier. Cooling of electronic components Linear and switched power supply Simulation program for electronic circuit. The course is finished with an analog construction project.
