Aim: The course shall give basic knowledge in signal processing. This knowledge is then to be a plattform for futher studies of the applied parts of signal processing. You will be able to calculate different typs of time-discrete filters and understand in what way a linear systems works.Prerequisites: Knowledge equivalent with TNDE 24 transformer. The course Matlab for Ingeneers.Course organization: Lectures, exercises and laboratory work.Course content: Time-domain analyses. Analyses of signals i the frequency domain, Fourirseries, the Foriertransform, the z-transform, the Laplacetransform. Transfer function. The Discrete Fourier Transform and the FFT algoritm. Applications of the Discrete Fourier transform.
