| Aim: The primary objectiv of this course is to give the students knowledge in the most commonly used methods of measuring electrical quantities and to give a practical experience in using different instruments. Another aim is to give the students basic knowledge in transducers for measuring non electrical quantities and instrumentation electronics.Prerequisites: TNDE37 Circuit Theori and TNDE72 An Introduction to Electronics and parts of TNDE74 Electronics.Course organization: Lectures, exercises and laboratory work.Course content: Signal values. Principles of measuring voltage and current. Instruments for measuring voltage and current. Counters. Analog and digital oscilloscops. Basics of modern data acquisition and instrument communication.
