| Aim: The students shall aquire fundamental knowledge about industrial design and its importance for the relationship and interaction between man and product. The course shall further, by means of studies of products and design exercises, give insight in the basic consepts of industrial design. Through these studies exercises the students also come in contact with morphology and cromatics. Supplementary courses: Design and Visualizing, Ergonomics and Design.Course organization: The basic content is given in lectures, and during supervised exercises the students are trained to understand and perform industrial design and product analysis.Course content: Industrial design as a consept and as a professional activity. Fundamental experience of design and morphology. Experience of colours and cromatics in basis of the NCS-system. Principles for composition. Exercises about industrial design. Product analysis.Course literature: To be announced at the beginning of the course. | ||
