| Aim: The aim of this course is to afford a general introduction and frame of reference for the study of technology and technical development in a social and historical context. The course focuses on those problems which are the subject of research at Tema Teknik and social changes.Prerequisites: Requisite general qualifications for university.Course organization: This course is based on a series of lectures. Students are expected to complete two essay tasks.Course content: A selection of the subjects given below will afford a basis for lectures: The grammar of technology debates Technology and ethics.
