| Aim: The course is a follow-up of the course TFFY90 VLSI Design, and will give practical knowledge of evaluation of VLSI designs.Prerequisites: To have a chip to evaluate the student must have attended TFFY90 VLSI Design, and sent a chip for fabrication. Course organization: 2 lectures and 8 hours laboratory exercises. The course includes testing and debugging of the integrated circuit, which the student designed in the course TFFY90 VLSI Design. | ||
