| Aim: The course introduces practical and theoretical aspects of storage and retrieval of information in modern database managenments systems.Prerequisites: 1) Basic course in programming 2) Basic course in data structures and algorithmsCourse organization: The course consists of lectures and laboratory exercises. The lectures cover the theoretical aspects of databases and the labs include exercises covering implementation and usage of modern database systems. Course content: Database management systems.
