| Aim: 1. Communication in professional environments The course aims at giving an understanding of internal and external flows of communication, use of medias and the ability to identify gaps in communication and communication-related problems within some companies. The student should understand what the concept Communication involves based on theoretical literature within the field. The course also aims at providing skills concerning case studies in connection with the surveys done at different companies. 2. Oral presentation The course aims at improving the skills to present material in an informative and interesting way.Course organization: 1. Lectures, seminars, group meetings and a field study at a company. 2. An oral presenation in a seminar.Course content: 1. Learn to know the receiver of communication, common communication situations and communication medias. Aqcuire an insight in the communicative tasks at a company and their volume and possible problems. Learn IT strategies within companies, as well as methods and tools. 2.
