Aim:
To give the students basic knowledge in handling and processing of sequences of images and sound.

Prerequisites:
TNDE60 Discrete-Time Signal Processing, TNM005 Computer Graphics

Course organization:

Course content:
Image and sound sequences. Recording techniques. Storage, compression and transmission. Standards, formats for sound and video. Interaction. Editing. Drama, narration. Playback techniques. Overview of equipment and applications.
