Aim:
The primary objectiv of this course is to give the students knowledge in the most commonly used methods of measuring electrical quantities and to give a practical experience in using different instruments. Another aim is to give the students basic knowledge in transducers for measuring non electrical quantities and instrumentation electronics.

Prerequisites:
TNDE35 Circuit Theori and TNDE55 Analog Electronics.

Course organization:
Lectures, exercises and laboratory work.

Course content:
Signal values. Principles of measuring voltage and current. Instruments for measuring voltage and current. Counters. Analog and digital oscilloscops. Basics of modern data acquisition and instrument communication. Tranducers for measurment of non electric quantities and instrumentation eletronics.
