Aim:
After passing this course the student should have: - insight in how tasks, jobs, machines, tools and systems should be designed taking into account the operators needs, abilities, and limitations, - understanding of the relationship between industrial work, technology, organization and psychosocial aspects - be able to use their knowledge in the design of demand specifications and when consulting experts, - have knowledge about the labour market, laws and regulations in the field of ergonomics.
