	Aim: The course is a follow-up of the course TFFY90 VLSI Design and will give practical knowledge of evaluation of VLSI designs. Prerequisites: The course TFFY 90 VLSI Design. Course organization: The course includes testing and debugging of the integrated circuit which the student designed in the course TFFY90 VLSI Design.
UPG1	Grades are Pass/No pass. A written report describing the result of the task enables the grade Pass., 1 p.
