	Aim: The aim of the course is to make the students learn and understand the development process for administrative information systems, from business analysis to implementation. Prerequisites: TDEI 30 Information systems, basic course Course organization: The course is given as a series of lectures and seminars as well as two major group tasks. Course content: The course consists of three parts: 1. Business analysis. The course covers basic concepts of information need analysis and process management (BPR and Kaizen). Several methods for business analysis are discussed and one method is used on a real case. 2. Object-oriented systems development. The course provides an overview of object-oriented modelling, analysis an design. 3. Investment in standard information systems. The course provides an overview of methods, the details of one method and the possibility to use that method on a real case. Course literature: According to later instructions
