Aim: To teach students the more advanced theory of ordinary differential equations.Prerequisites: NMAA12 Linear Algebra, NMAA13 Mathematical analysis I and NMAB13 Mathematical analysis II (or their equivalent). Course organization: Lectures and problem classes.Course content: Picards existence theorem. Second-order linjear differential equations with variable coefficients (Boundary-value problems with the help of Green's functions). Power-series solutions. Sturm's comparison theorems.
