Aim:
The course gives the participants an introduction to the theory and practical skills in the field.

Prerequisites:
Participation in NFYB71 Microprocessor Based Design.

Course organization:
Lectures, exercises, problem solving, experimental work on project basis.

Course content:
The course includes fundamentals of computer assisted data collection, processing and presentation: Sensors, amplifiers, AD-converters, signal processing software, databases and presentation. Programming in high level languages primarily on a PC-platform under Windows. Mesurement and presentation on Internet.
