Aim:
After the course the student should be able to
  • Use models and theories concerning organisation, management and control of various industrial projects.
  • Motivate project models and methods considering the project context and conditions.
  • Explain the consequences of project leadership for individuals, groups and result.

Project based organisation and management

Organisation:
The course comprises of lectures and seminars, as well as application of project methods in assignments.

Course contents:
Project methods and tools. Project planning. Research of industrial project management. The project manager�?Ts role. Different types of projects and project control
