Aim:
After the course the student should be able to
- Use models and theories concerning organisation, management and control of various industrial projects.
- Motivate project models and methods considering the project context and conditions.
- Explain the consequences of project leadership for individuals, groups and result.

The course comprises of lectures and seminars, as well as application of project methods in assignments.
