Aim:
After the course the participants will be able to:
- account for different types of airports and their components
- make a strategic airport plan
- make an airport master plan
- make an airport system plan
- account for and use applicable forecasting methods
- consider environmental concerns when planning Airports

Prerequisites: (valid for students admitted to programmes within which the course is offered)
Basic knowledge in air traffic, economy, logistics and optimization

Organisation:
The course consists of lectures and seminars. The lectures give the theoretical background. During the seminars, assignments and case studies are discussed. A study visit is performed.
