Aim:
After the course the student should be able to
- explain important concepts and methods in project management and project organization, as well as essential knowledge and competencies of project managers.
- explain the connection between the project managers�?T, the project members�?T and other key stakeholders�?T roles in industrial projects
- explain the importance of suitable project models
- explain consequences of different project management styles
- plan, monitor and report a project.

Organisation:
The course comprises of lectures and seminars. The course is coordinated with TMKT68 Integrated product development, in which the students apply project methods in a development project. The course runs over the entire Spring semester, with a minor exam after the first period and project during the first and second period.
