Aim:
After the course the student should be able to
- plan, execute, , report and evaluate an investigation project connected to a specific company
- identify, explain and apply project management models and theories
- identify, explain, and apply suitable organisational forms for industrial projects
- explain and analyse the importance and consequences of different project management styles and essential knowledge and competencies of project managers
- explain the connection between the project managers�?T, the project members�?T and other key stakeholders�?T roles in industrial projects

Organisation:
The course comprises of lectures and seminars, as well as application of project methods.
The course runs over the entire Spring semester. The minor exam will take place after the first period. The project will be presented at the end of the second period.
