| Aim: To provide extended knowledge in systematic, morphological and functional zoology. |

| Prerequisites: (valid for students admitted to programmes within which the course is offered) Equivalent attended basic program of biology with fullfilled "threshold"-demands (passed 50p with a min of 25p theory).Faunistics equivalent NBIB10 must be passed. Note: Admission requirements for non-programme students usually also include admission requirements for the programme and threshhold requirements for progression within the programme, or corresponding. |

| Organisation: Lectures, laboratory course including experimental zoology, visiting research institutions and individual seminar presentations. |

| Course contents: The course intend to provide a comprehensive knowledge within the field of systematical, morphological and functional zoology, focusing on parts of the zoology that were not dealt with during the basic course in zoology (NBIB15). |
