Aim:
After the course the student should
- have deep knowledge about, be able to explain and discuss general models and theories about the organisation and management of different kinds of industrial projects: development, organisational change and construction.
- understand the meaning and the consequences of different project leadership styles and necessary qualifications for a project manager.
- understand the meaning and consequencies of suitable project methods and project models.
- have gained insights in leading projects and being led in projects

Three years of completed university studies with an engineering major
