Aim:
After the course the student should
  • have deep knowledge about, be able to explain and discuss general models and theories about the organisation and management of different kinds of industrial projects: development, organisational change and construction.
  • understand the meaning and the consequences of different project leadership styles and necessary qualifications for a project manager.
  • understand the meaning and consequencies of suitable project methods and project models.
  • have gained insights in leading projects and being led in projects


Prerequisites: (valid for students admitted to programmes within which the course is offered)
Three years of completed university studies with an engineering major

Organisation:
The course comprises of lectures and seminars, as well as application of project methods in assignments.
The course runs over the entire spring semester.
