Aim:
After completing the course, the student should be able to:
- solve organic chemical problems from chemical theories with help of mechanisms
- present organic synthetic reactions
- discuss experimental methods in organic synthesis
- perform organic chemical synthesis work
- apply modern analytical methods in organic synthesis
- do risk assessment
- write a scientfic report
- use quotations and references in an appropriate manner
- have knowledge of requirements for reports and exams

Organic Chemistry, admission to master level

Organisation:
The theory part includes lectures. Lessons include problem solving. The experimental part consists of projects in organic chemistry.
|
|
Course contents:
The course consists of modern synthesis methods, NMR-spectroscopy and physical organic chemistry. The experimental part includes laboratory techniques and projects in organic synthesis.
