| Aim: The course is a follow-up of the course TFFY90/TSEK05 VLSI Design, and will give practical knowledge of evaluation of VLSI designs. |

| Prerequisites: (valid for students admitted to programmes within which the course is offered) To have a chip to evaluate the student must have attended TFFY90/TSEK05 VLSI Design, and sent a chip for fabrication. Note: Admission requirements for non-programme students usually also include admission requirements for the programme and threshhold requirements for progression within the programme, or corresponding. |

| Organisation: 2 lectures and 8 hours laboratory exercises. The course includes testing and debugging of the integrated circuit, which the student designed in the course TFFY90/TSEK05 VLSI Design. |
