Aim:
The course aims at the understanding of how an information network works and of how the choice of parameters affects its performance. To use the theoretic and analytical knowledge to analyze the real "hot" Wireless LAN CSMA/CA multiaccess scheme, to analyze the most common used Internet routing algorithms and to have a deeper understanding of the network protocols and algorithms.
