| Aim: The course aims to let the student independently perform a study of a chosen subject within the basic courses of physics. The aim is furthermore to give the student practice in writing reports and in oral presentation. |

| Prerequisites: (valid for students admitted to programmes within which the course is offered) Attended 40p in Mathematics Note: Admission requirements for non-programme students usually also include admission requirements for the programme and threshhold requirements for progression within the programme, or corresponding. |

| Organisation: Independent studies of a chosen physics subject. The result should be presented in writing and distributed in class. The result should, furthermore, be presented orally and be subjected to criticism. |
