Aim:
The course should give a good understanding of the principles and concepts of quantum mechanics. The student should also become familiar with the most important methods and know how to apply them.
|
|
Prerequisites: (valid for students admitted to programmes within which the course is offered)
NFYB10 Quantum Physics and NMAC51 Mathematical Methods of Physics or equivalent courses.
Note: Admission requirements for non-programme students usually also include admission requirements for the programme and threshhold requirements for progression within the programme, or corresponding.
