Aim:
The course aims at providing knowledge about how creative ideas within product development, systematically, are being transformed into products. In particular the course has participated in the course shs at giving an understanding of Quality Management philosophy and methods related to costumer focused product development.
A student who has participated in the course should have knowledge about:
- How ideas are realized into concepts and products
- Costumer satisfaction concepts
- How costumer needs are translated into product characteristics
- Various methods for the development of new products.
