Aim:
Planning and performing environmental measurements resulting in high quality data is of outmost importance in modern environmental protection. The objective of the course is to give fundamental knowledge in theoretical and practical environmental measurement technology. The course also demonstrates monitoring programmes for industries and environmental care. An overview of modern sensor systems and advanced data evaluation is included. The overall aim is to give the students fundamental knowledge to lead and assess various kinds of environmental related projects.

Prerequisites: (valid for students admitted to programmes within which the course is offered)
Environmental Science and Environmental Technology preferred but not compulsory.
