Aim:
The purpose is to give knowledge in analysis and synthesis of electronic systems. Special intention is given of computer aided design.

Organisation:
The course is organized in lectures, lessons, laboratory work and a design project, where the task is to design an audio power amplifier.

Course contents:
Electronic systems. Operational amplifier circuits. Nonideal characteristics of op amps. Amplifier frequency response. Feedback systems. Stability of systems with feedback. Semiconductors. Bipolar and MOSFET amplifier circuits. Power amplifiers. Thermal dynamics of power amplifiers. Integrated amplifier circuits. Noise. Computer aided analysis and design.
