Aim:
After the course the student
- Has gained deep knowledge within the area of project management and project organisation
- Is able to identify and explain the organisational prerequisites creating possibilities and difficulties for project management
- Is able to utilize models for analyzing project-based organisation and management
- Is able to independently understand and analyse the projectâ?Ts role in its context and in relation to other companies.
- Is able to critically evaluate different theories and models for project management in project-based companies from empirical observations and experiences.

Organisation:
The course consists of a series of lecturese and seminars based on real-life cases of project management and project based organisation in different industrial contexts. Case study analyses and literature studies form the basis for an individual refelction report, which is handed in by the end of the course.
