TEACHING | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The course begins with a web-based theory part where we use the learning management system It's Learning. The field part consists of a walk with stay-over in mountain huts and tents/bivouac, depending on the time of year. the students are given the opportunity to practice their leadership both in authentic situations during the walk, and at training sessions arranged by the teacher. Certain examining parts occur during the field part. The course is examined through an individual, written reflection assignment where the course literature is linked with the practical exercises. Certain situational, examining parts occur during the course. The course is carried out in such a way that the experiences and knowledge of both men and women are acknowledged and developed, and inter-cultural perspectives are taken into consideration. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
