The second part of the course covers general real-estate law, particularly rules about the purchase agreement's form, conditions, the fixture rules of realty, and the seller's responsibility for the condition of the real estate. This part also covers rules on claims, limitation and credit guarantees, both special and general execution and seizure and bankruptcy. Furthermore, the relation between employer and employee is covered. The third and final part covers the different business forms. This part also covers the general rules regarding indemnity liability outside contract conditions, as well as penal law regarding property crimes and basic civil procedure law.
